Practice Launch Workshop! – Boston Bar Association

Whether you’re starting out fresh or need a fresh start, now is the time to get a handle on law practice management. This hands-on program will provide new practitioners and existing firm owners with a crash course in the major aspects of every successful solo or small practice: technology, marketing and financial management. You’ll have access to presentations from practice management experts who will walk you through the creation of a business plan, as well as practice-based hypotheticals and exercises designed to streamline your practice. Ample opportunities for Q&A and networking will be provided.
Following the course, attendees will receive a resource guide and will be invited to make follow-up appointments to review their practice plans one-on-one with a law practice management consultant.
