2nd Amendment Compliance & Consulting

Navigating Firearms Law in Massachusetts is clear as mud. From trick questions on the License to Carry application to reviewing and understanding your criminal record, there is often more to consider than just submitting basic paperwork. We will go over your criminal history (if you have any!) and prepare your application or appeal accordingly. Sometimes this can involve sealing or unsealing records, speaking with the licensing authority or Firearms Records Bureau, or other pre-litigation and pre-application tools. For all consultations, please bring a current CORI, denial letter if you have one, and any other relevant paperwork.

My personal experiences with family issues help me understand the emotional aspect of family issues, whether positive or negative. Mediation

Believe it or not, it is possible to have an amicable divorce! Sometimes people disagree on things that are emotionally tied to how they are feeling in their marriage and divorce. Mediation can help by working together to come to an out of court solution in the divorce process. I am a trained mediator and will facilitate open discussion to clear up issues that often arise during the divorce process. Mediation is voluntary and either party may decide to seek representation at any time.

Nobody wants to think about death and estate planning can be complex. It can be even more stressful if you are trying to plan an estate or write your will when you are ill, incapacitated, and especially when you’re dead and the state decides what happens to your stuff if you didn’t take the time to plan. Preventative planning for your family’s future is a necessity in today’s world, and Think Pink Law can help with your end of life goals and find wills and estate solutions for you and your family.

Limited Scope Representation and Legal Research

See that mess on the left? I know how to sift through it and dig out the information you need. If you have represented yourself in a legal matter before, you were what is called pro se. Think Pink Law can help pro se clients using limited assistance in a limited scope, where the attorney and the client split the tasks in a case. This includes explaining legal stuff like what’s in the picture on the left, filling out forms, legal coaching and explaining the law, and appearing in court with clients on only certain parts of the case.  Click here to read more about limited assistance services.
